Unique products
Our pieces are unique and therefore available in limited quantities. They cannot be exchanged in accordance with our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. Availability
UNCINQUANTESIX products are offered as long as they are visible on the site www.uncinquantesix.com and within the limits of available stocks.
In the event of unavailability of a product after placing the buyer’s order, we will inform him by email. The buyer’s order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made. If a bank or Paypal debit has been made, it will be automatically refunded by the same means of payment used.
Prices and payments
UNCINQUANTESIX determines the price of its items freely and reserves the right to change the price of its products at any time. The prices indicated on the website www.uncinquantesix.com are indicated in euros excluding tax unless otherwise indicated and are those in force at the time of the award between the seller and the buyer. The prices indicated exclude the delivery costs which will be invoiced to the buyer in addition to the price of the final order.

All orders outside mainland France may see additional costs added to their price (customs duties, local taxes, import duty, state tax), the buyer then becomes the importer of his order and will be responsible for all necessary declarations and costs. Delivery
UNCINQUANTESIX delivers in France as well as internationally.

Upon receipt of the products, the buyer will ensure that the products comply with their initial order. The buyer must, once the order has been received, report any anomaly (missing and / or broken product) to contact@uncinquantesix.com on the same day of receipt of the package, or at the latest one working day after receipt in order to be taken into account.
Withdrawals and returns
When purchasing a pre-order item, the buyer must be aware that the item has been made to order for him. There is no stock each item is made by hand following your order, so you have full responsibility and returns are not possible on this type of merchandise.
We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, with original tags attached in their original packaging. If your returned item is in good condition, we will not accept your return and ship it back to your original shipping address. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
For this exchange, you can exchange for another size or for a voucher for the value of the returned item.

If your exchange is accepted by UNCINQUANTESIX, we will send you a shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. After receiving the shipping label, you have 5 days to send the package. After 5 days, your exchange will be refused. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
When returning items outside of the EU, you may incur import duties. They are billed once the package reaches its destination country, and customers must pick them up. Please note that we will deduct any import duties associated with your return from your refund. We cannot accept returns on sale items.
PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, UNCINQUANTESIX undertakes not to disclose the personal information of the purchaser to a third party.
